A New Brunswick office attached to a warehouse will lose the argument every time. The 5 a.m. handoff empties milk. The 8:30 office staff finds a dead station and blames the vendor. Princeton gold-coast floors do not have this clock. Warehouse-adjacent Central Jersey does.
Lab-shift handoffs on Route 1 life-science campuses are a different story. This is boots, scanners, and a break room that is really a second shop.
Two peaks or two stations
If operations pours before dawn, we need either an earlier restock band or a buffer fridge the office does not raid. Cup billing will show the 5 a.m. pours if someone is counting. Someone has to count.

The person with the office key at 9 a.m. did not see the 5:15 line. Put a shift lead on the alert and milk list. One account owner above both for billing.
What we need on the call
Shift times, whether office and warehouse share a pantry, and the earliest receiving will take a vendor. Mention Edison, New Brunswick, or Princeton if the campus sits across those towns.
