A headquarters near the River Walk can look like a normal badge count and still empty the station by midmorning during Fiesta. The extras are not employees. They are visiting teams, clients, and people who ducked into the office before heading downtown. Cup billing will catch the pours after the fact. Restock has to catch them before 9 a.m.

Pantry heat cooking cold brew is a different San Antonio problem. This one is guest volume on a festival calendar.

Put guest days on the restock calendar

If HR or the EA knows a visiting cohort is in, the coffee owner should add a morning buffer the day before. Do not wait for the empty hopper photo. Medical Center overnight volume is a different clock. Fiesta guests are a downtown morning spike.

A free two-week trial should not land only on a quiet week in July if September includes a festival. Mix the calendar or note the distortion. Use the two-week trial FAQ.

Separate hospitality from the staff hopper if the lobby is a cafe

If reception pours for anyone who walks in during Fiesta, that is a lobby program. It should not raid the tenth-floor staff machine. Two hoppers, or a written guest cap at reception.

The San Antonio blog has more local notes. Use the break room readiness quiz if facilities already knows which weeks the building fills with non-badged drinkers.

Ice and cups fail first

Guests grab cups and ice even when they skip espresso. Stock those SKUs for the spike. Beans can wait a few hours. Cups cannot.

What we need on the call

Whether next week includes Fiesta or a similar downtown event, expected visitors, and whether reception shares the staff station. We will set the morning buffer around that.
